Bro. David Adkins was born on March 17th, 1992. At the age of 6 years, he trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour after his father had preached a message on the subject of Hell. The following Sunday he was baptized. As a teenager, Bro. Dave surrendered to full-time Christian service. He attended Hyles-Anderson college from 2010 to 2014 and graduated with a Missions major. In 2016, he married his wife, Megan, and they now have two beautiful girls, Keilah and Esther. Bro. David has served for 7 years at Northside Baptist Church in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Four of those years he was an assistant pastor overseeing the youth, bus, and music ministries. One of those years, he served as the interim pastor as he led the church to seek and install a new pastor to lead the church to the next level.
